Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Vision Report analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional Horizon Scanning initiatives identifying emerging opportunities in quantum computing and neurotech
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient urban development and human augmentation
- Present executive briefings to board members on future-proofing business models
- Curate global innovation symposiums convening futurists, scientists, and policymakers
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI deployment and post-scarcity economics
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep understanding of converging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating influenced organizational strategy through future-focused initiatives
