Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, neurotech evolution)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for board-level decision-making
- Produce predictive reports on disruptive market forces and regulatory landscapes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend impact analysis
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and space economy trajectories
- Track record of influencing organizational strategy at executive level
