- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in predictive modeling tools
- Published thought leadership in future-related domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
