Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological horizons
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Build predictive models for market disruption vectors
- Represent company at global futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Portfolio of executed innovation roadmaps for global enterprises
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
