Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to forecast disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Design and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Chair quarterly Future Councils with industry luminaries and academic pioneers
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend report with media partners
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in top-tier journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-level executives on transformational strategies
