Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable priorities
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with C-level stakeholders
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using AI-enhanced analytics
- Represent the firm at global foresight conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through published research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, bio-convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Strong network within global foresight communities (WFS, APF, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) highly desirable
- Experience working with SaaS or climate-tech clients preferred
