Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops with C-suite teams to align organizational vision with future possibilities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent Horizon Insights at international conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and contribute to our proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented insights
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent domains
- Experience working with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trends preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable impact
