Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for next-generation 2026 platform architectures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance for high-volume global data processing.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies such as neural interfaces and edge computing.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, quantum-ready environments.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for innovative software engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and large language model integration.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging tech.
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized finance protocols is a plus.
