Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage technology incubation programs for disruptive innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Technology Management or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning for 5+ year horizons
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investments
