Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend architectures using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Push the boundaries of browser performance, optimizing Core Web Vitals and implementing advanced rendering techniques (WebGL, WebAssembly).
- AI Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven features into user-facing applications to enhance interactivity and personalization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers and backend engineers to ensure a cohesive product vision and seamless API integration.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality across the team.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of emerging web standards and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of production-level applications.
- Technical Stack: Mastery of TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and a primary frontend framework (React, Vue, or Svelte).
- Performance: Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering pipelines, and optimization strategies for mobile and desktop.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
