Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability for global operations.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical roadmaps and lead the engineering team in executing the vision.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and product managers effectively.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Project 2026 Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-driven infrastructure and edge computing is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
