Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect scalable AI frameworks designed to meet the specific demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Optimization: Design and optimize backend systems for high-throughput data processing and real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO to define technical vision and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI models with legacy systems and new web technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
