Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic planning for AI advancements, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals and industry trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of next-gen neural architectures and predictive modeling techniques.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to integrate AI strategies into core business operations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage in the AI sector.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing complex projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical strategy into clear business value.
