Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers to optimize model inference speeds and accuracy.
- Define the technical roadmap for 'Year 2026' features, including predictive behavioral analysis.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety standards, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
