Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce a comprehensive AI Ethics Framework designed to guide operations through 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct rigorous audits of Machine Learning models to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias and safety risks.
- Collaborate with engineering and legal teams to navigate the evolving landscape of global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, US Executive Orders).
- Lead training programs to educate internal stakeholders on responsible AI usage and data privacy.
- Establish incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches or failures.
- Represent Nexus Horizon in industry forums and partnerships focused on AI safety and standardization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in the technology sector, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML strategy and compliance.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and their potential societal impacts.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to implement complex governance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and standard-setting bodies is highly preferred.
