Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the design and implementation of complex AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Engineering: Oversee the fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment of foundation models (LLMs, Transformers) on cloud-native infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate business goals into robust technical strategies.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, Autonomous Agents) and integrate relevant technologies into our product suite.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and compliance with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years of specialized experience in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical team members and executives.
