Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering with published research in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial viability
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital assets
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, and global tech innovation councils
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and quantum programming frameworks
