Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable neural architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams and multi-modal inputs.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including self-improving models and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Optimize Performance: Drive the optimization of large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, selecting the right tools and frameworks to support business objectives.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous safety protocols and data privacy measures to protect proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Modeling: Proven track record of training, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art deep learning models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, efficient engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning roles.
