Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent workflows into core enterprise systems.
- Define and enforce data governance and ethical AI frameworks for all new deployments.
- Optimize neural network training pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies, including quantum computing applications and edge AI.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models in high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and articulate complex technical visions.
