Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams.
- Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends leading up to 2026.
- Code Quality: Lead code reviews and establish best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D: Explore emerging technologies (LLMs, Edge AI) and prototype cutting-edge features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on optimizing complex algorithms and system performance.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
