Responsibilities

- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the implementation of the 2026 roadmap, breaking down complex technical goals into actionable milestones.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-pressure environments.
