- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or Scala; extensive experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of designing systems that scale from startup MVP to enterprise-grade.
