Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for the demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI governance and ethical implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct high-level technical consulting for stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Optimize model latency and throughput to ensure real-time performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
