Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design robust, distributed, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data workloads and real-time processing.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops on advanced AI architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks to stay ahead of the competition in the evolving AI landscape.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing systems to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database design.
- Innovation: Strong track record of innovation and the ability to anticipate future technology trends relevant to the 2026 era.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
