Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web and mobile interfaces.
- Optimize animation assets for performance and scalability to ensure smooth playback on all devices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system for motion assets, including style guides and libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into intuitive and engaging visual narratives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and animation technology.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with frontend animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Anime.js) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to technical teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of motion design projects.
