- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.
- Create storyboards, character rigs, and dynamic backgrounds that align with brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
- Optimize animation files for performance without sacrificing visual fidelity.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles and storytelling capabilities.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, and the principles of animation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
