Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns and social media.
- Collaborate closely with the art direction team to translate creative briefs into stunning visual assets.
- Utilize advanced techniques in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to create seamless motion sequences.
- Optimize project files and rendering pipelines to ensure timely delivery across various platforms.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure pixel-perfect execution of animations.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance within the creative department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles from minimalistic to complex illustrative motion.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and video compression formats (MP4, MOV).
