Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality 2D graphics, characters, and UI elements using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure visual consistency and project feasibility.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize complex motion sequences before production.
- Optimize animations for performance, ensuring smooth playback across various devices and browsers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay ahead of design trends and technical advancements in the 2D animation space.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Animator, Motion Designer, or similar role.
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced motion skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative vision to non-creative stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
