Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors in the DC metro area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately during busy weekend shifts.
- Assist in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for local travel within the DC/VA area).
