Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Exceed sales targets through personalized product recommendations and upselling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards overnight
- Operate security protocols for inventory protection during low-traffic hours
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve operational excellence
- Participate in inventory reconciliation and restocking activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience required
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude for transaction processing
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid New York State ID for overnight shift compliance
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
