Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and manage inbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and customer service processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Track daily activity and provide accurate reporting on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail sales is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
