Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to address their specific needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals and account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
