Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Accurately track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
