Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Present our premium products and services to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and increase conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Self-motivated drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
