Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service to all visitors.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for local market penetration.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members and trainees.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
