Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet monthly targets by providing exceptional customer service to all visitors.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and appealing store environment during off-peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and performing stock counts.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and accountability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
