Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend products that provide solutions and value.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Merchandising: Maintain store standards by organizing displays, replenishing inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow associates and store management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and product concerns to the management team to help improve operations.
Qualifications
