Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior sales experience is required; we are looking for potential, not just experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
