Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as inventory counts and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for learning new products and sales techniques.
