Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Present product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store and regional goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
