Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Philadelphia and Georgia regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through professional and courteous communication.
- Present products and services to clients in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
- Manage a high volume of leads and inquiries to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Track sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required: We value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within the region.
