Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a premium level of service.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients to ensure repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
