Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and explaining product features and benefits.
- Drive sales by actively promoting current promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to maximize revenue.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
