Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth by achieving/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment

- Participate in inventory management including receiving, counting, and replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
