Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs, consistently meeting and exceeding weekly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide an unparalleled in-store experience by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless checkout process.
- Merchandising & Visual Presentation: Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and presented according to company standards.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory management, processing returns, and executing promotional events to drive traffic and sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to support store operations and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment during peak weekend hours.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and market trends to management to help improve product offerings and service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred; customer service experience is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible availability during peak holiday periods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of customers.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
- Goal Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and a positive attitude under pressure.
