Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide a world-class shopping experience by greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and inventory organization.
- Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges at the point of sale.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and assist with opening/closing procedures as required.
- Merchandising: Execute merchandising directives to ensure product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and the ability to use POS systems.
- Attitude: Positive demeanor, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
