Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by effectively utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor, ensuring displays are organized, clean, and inviting.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations.
