Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively greet and assist customers, utilizing consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable, handling inquiries efficiently and resolving issues with a smile.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by keeping sales floors clean, organized, and visually appealing, following our brand guidelines.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our inventory, promotions, and product features to provide accurate recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Support store management and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours.
- Loss Prevention: Adhere to all security policies and procedures to protect company assets and minimize inventory loss.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Work Ethic: A reliable, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skills: Basic math skills for transactions and the ability to operate POS systems and other retail technology.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
