Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the sales floor, ensuring products are neatly displayed, shelves are stocked, and the store environment is clean and inviting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and support store operations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
