Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to drive sales.
- Point of Sale Operations: Efficiently process transactions at the register, including handling returns, exchanges, and managing various payment methods.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are priced correctly.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and support fellow employees.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiastic learners are encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic store technology.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs), and move around the sales floor.
